Met deze Nederlandse pilote wil je wel eens van de grond gaan (foto's)

Enkele maanden geleden lieten we jullie al kennis maken met één van de vele prachtige pilotes in Nederland. Vandaag stellen we jullie Lindy Kats voor, ook een Nederlandse pilote. Net zoals haar collega ziet ze er fantastisch uit. Nederlandse pilotes lijken standaard bloedmooi.

W e l c o m e o n b o a r d ! Turnarounds are usually very busy, in 25 minutes all passengers disembark, the cabin gets tidied up by the cabin crew and the next passengers are boarded. In the meantime, the flightcrew prepares the plane for the next flight. The Pilot Flying sets up the cockpit (checks all systems and sets up the flight route in the FMS) whilst the Pilot Monitoring does the walk-around outside and refuels. When both are finished with their individual duties, they insert the calculated performance details into the FMS (weights, trim setting and V-Speeds). If time permits, we like to greet our passengers, but as you can imagine, we don’t always have time for that! And then, when everything is finished, we close the doors, start the engines and depart to our next destination! #pilot #flying #welcomeonboard #turnaround #volotea

Jumpseat time! I love to travel on the jumpseat as a passenger if the crew allows me to, especially if it’s a different airplane than mine. It’s super fun and interesting to observe the crew doing their duties and fly the plane. Sometimes we are scheduled to jumpseat, when there is a new pilot in his/her training and requires a so called ‘safety pilot’. Jumpseating is fun, but after a few hours/days you could start to feel your back as the seat is not as comfy as the other pilot seats! #jumpseat #cockpit #bose #boseaviation #flying #pilot #smile #happy
